Job description 

The associate position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to supporting the small business community. If you are organised and confident, this position can allow you to be involved in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work. As a corporate secretarial associate, you will assist clients in managing their portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position has the potential for further career development and offers professional challenges and benefits. 


  • Handle all aspects of client’s company secretarial matters;
  • Assist with customer due diligence (on-boarding and ongoing monitoring);
  • Assist with the incorporation of new companies, registration of foreign companies, etc;
  • Maintain statutory register and minute books;
  • Preparing and filing notifications with ACRA;
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements of the Companies Act.


  • Degree from business management/ accounting/ finance economics or professional qualifications;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly motivated, able to show initiative, and confident;
  • Proactive, and possess good analytical skills.
