- Data mining based on given data points
- Relay call scripts and secure appointments with prospects
- Maintain a high standard of service during calls with prospects
- Identify the needs of prospects
- Establishing a solid relationship with prospects from a daily assigned pool of leads
- Maintain consistency in achieving and exceeding monthly appointment goals
