Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Works effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensures that job descriptions is accurate and up-to-date.
- Schedule and manage interviews aligned with business development and recruitment strategies.
- Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as Linkedin, online job portals and other consultancies for high-profile jobs.
- Regular assessment of resumes and profiles, background/ reference check, documenting all interviews at its representative stage with consistent follow up to closure.
- Controller of hiring activities and onboarding works according to recruitment guidelines and processes.
- Recruitment administration such as p-file preparation and hygiene, tabulation of data and other administrative matters as per required.
- Any other ad hoc support and assigned by immediate superiors.
Human Resource
- Processing of work passes application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Oversee training and development activities, including arranging appropriate vendors, and programs and maintaining training records.
- Update HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with the statutory requirement, and update the employee handbook.
- Update and maintain employee database and physical documents such as employee records, leave the system, and employee letter of undertaking.
- Administer and manage employee welfare activities, including logistical requirements involved.
- Coordination of employee travel arrangements such as air tickets and hotel bookings.
- Process Government Bodies’ claims such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims, and statutory claims.
Requirements
- Education level: Degree from college and above, related to any major
- Experience in recruitment and human resource for at least 3 years, preferably mixture of BPO and in-house HR department
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Capability to work independently under guidance
- Experience in handling regional HR matters (Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong) is advantageous
