- Conduct market research and trend spotting that fuels content creation on various platforms
- Assist team members to prep for media events and be on-site to support team members during media events
- Initiate and actively brainstorm with the team for content ideas
- Supports the implementation of both traditional media and social media campaigns (ie. support with media calls, reports, research, etc)
- Write social media descriptions for posts and proofread content before any release.
- Plan, produce, write, curate engaging content to be used in format; blog, video, article, e-book, report, infographic.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required
